Consensus ranking under the exponential model

چکیده
Assume that we are given a set of N rankings, a.k.a linear orderings on n objects. For instance, the rankings represent the individual preferences of a panel of N judges, each presented with the same set of n candidate objects. The problem of rank aggregation or of finding a consensus ranking, is formulated as finding a single ranking π0 that best agrees with all the N rankings. Kendall’s correlation [Fligner and Verducci, 1986] is a widely used models of agreement [Ailon et al., 2005, Lebanon and Lafferty, 2003, Cohen et al., 1999]. The Kendall distance is defined as dK(π, π0) = ∑

Administrative Process and Criteria Ranking for Drug Entering Health Insurance List in Iran-TOPSIS-Based Consensus Model
The purposes of our study were to identify a drug entry process, collect, and prioritize criteria for selecting drugs for the list of basic health insurance commitments to prepare an “evidence based reimbursement eligibility plan” in Iran. The 128 noticeable criteria were found when studying the health insurance systems of developed countries. Four parts (involving criteria) formed the first que...
متن کاملConsensus Ranking with Signed Permutations
Signed permutations (also known as the hyperoctahedral group) are used in modeling genome rearrangements. The algorithmic problems they raise are computationally demanding when not NP-hard. This paper presents a tractable algorithm for learning consensus ranking between signed permutations under the inversion distance. This can be extended to estimate a natural class of exponential models over ...

متن کاملExponential membership function and duality gaps for I-fuzzy linear programming problems
Fuzziness is ever presented in real life decision making problems. In this paper, we adapt the pessimistic approach tostudy a pair of linear primal-dual problem under intuitionistic fuzzy (I-fuzzy) environment and prove certain dualityresults. We generate the duality results using exponential membership and non-membership functions to represent thedecision maker’s satisfaction and dissatisfacti...
متن کاملEstimation in Simple Step-Stress Model for the Marshall-Olkin Generalized Exponential Distribution under Type-I Censoring
This paper considers the simple step-stress model from the Marshall-Olkin generalized exponential distribution when there is time constraint on the duration of the experiment. The maximum likelihood equations for estimating the parameters assuming a cumulative exposure model with lifetimes as the distributed Marshall Olkin generalized exponential are derived. The likelihood equations do not lea...
